Custom Website Service

Your website is produced specifically for your business using the business information, preferences, materials, and selections you provide.

One Included Revision

Each website order includes one customer revision request submitted through the Finally My Website review process.

Visual Materials

You may provide your own photos, logo, video, and other visual materials. You may also explicitly authorize Finally My Website to use appropriate visual content from the business social-media accounts you provide, or to select or create visual materials for your website.

Visuals selected or created by Finally My Website may include appropriately licensed, stock, AI-generated, or other illustrative content. Illustrative content may be representative and is not presented as a photograph of your actual premises, employees, customers, products, or completed work unless those materials were supplied or authorized by you.

Visuals selected or created by Finally My Website are included in the normal website review and your one included revision. Objective errors remain subject to the existing QA Corrections policy.

QA Corrections

Objective Finally My Website errors or technical defects are handled separately as quality-assurance corrections and do not count as another creative revision.

Creative Completion

After your included revision has been completed, if you use it, the resulting website represents completion of the normal creative work included with your order. Additional changes based on subjective creative preferences are not included in the original purchase.

Production Start

Website production begins when you submit the required onboarding information and your order enters the production lifecycle.

Refunds

Because the work is customized for your business, payments become non-refundable once website production begins.

Finally My Website may still review and correct duplicate charges, billing or payment errors, or situations where we are unable to provide the purchased service. Any refund required by applicable law will also be honored.
